Response Times

We aim to respond to all support emails within 24 hours during business days. For urgent issues affecting your ability to study, please include "URGENT" in your subject line and we will prioritize your request.

Managing Your Subscription

Your Nursing Ready subscription is managed through Apple's App Store. To cancel, change, or review your subscription:

  1. 1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. 2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. 3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. 4. Select Nursing Ready
  5. 5. Choose the option you need (cancel, change plan, etc.)
