By downloading, installing, or using the Nursing Ready mobile application ("App") or accessing our website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nursing Ready ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Nursing Ready offers a monthly subscription plan at $29.99 per month (USD). All prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.
New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the free trial, you have full access to all features of the Service. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription, and you will be charged $29.99 for the first month.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method associated with your Apple ID.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings on your device. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information. All payment-related inquiries, including refund requests, should be directed to Apple Support in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — personal NCLEX-RN exam preparation — and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
Nursing Ready is a study aid and educational tool. The content provided through the Service, including practice questions, lessons, rationales, flashcards, and AI-generated explanations, is intended solely for educational and exam preparation purposes.
The Service does not constitute medical advice. The information provided should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals for medical questions or patient care decisions.
No guaranteed outcomes. While we strive to provide high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the NCLEX-RN or any other examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors, including individual study habits, preparation level, and test-day performance.
Nursing Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), Pearson VUE, or any state board of nursing.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of Nursing Ready or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial NCLEX-RN exam preparation. This license does not include the right to:
If you upload images or other content through the AI Explainer feature or any other feature of the Service, you retain ownership of that content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing you with the requested AI-generated explanation or other service functionality.
You represent and warrant that any content you upload does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Nursing Ready.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nursing Ready regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
